COVID-19 WARNING
Merrill L. Thomas is committed to the health and safety of our community. In order to alleviate the risk to our residents, staff, and vendors, and encourage compliance with State and Federal guidelines we are asking all guests to pick up their welcome packets on our porch and only enter the rental office if absolutely necessary and you are wearing a mask. We will continue to do everything in our power to help flatten the curve of COVID-19.
Travel Advisory: On June 30 NY Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that individuals traveling from states which have significant community spread be required to quarantine for 14 days.
